FEES AND INSURANCE

Counseling

The charge for a counseling session is $125 with the flexibility of longer sessions which are $30 for each additional quarter hour.

Insurance - For Counseling Only

Linda Bender is a network provider for Humana, United Behavioral Health, CIGNA, Deer Oaks EAP Services and Interface EAP, Inc. For those clients who have Out-Of- Network benefits with other insurance companies, a statement for services will be provided so that you may be reimbursed based on your benefit plan.

Coaching

$125 - 45 to 60 minute session

$75 - 30 minute session for existing clients

Charts and Interpretation Only

$50 - One Chart

$100 - Two Charts

Three or more charts - 20% discount.

Chart and Consultation - Combine Chart Fee and Coaching Fee
